Currently many Finnish social media users (including me) are engaging in #arkikuvahaaste or #arkihaaste. In English this roughly translates to the “Everyday [photo] challenge”. The idea of this challenge is to post a photo (or several) each day for approximately five days to show a small slice of the user’s life. And while posting photos, the person is supposed to challenge others to also post photos for five days and challenge new users.

While this kind of meme is anything but new, I certainly find it very interesting. Mostly because it seems to make less active users post original content on their favorite social media websites.
